I do not normally write reviews but had to make an exception for this company. I was moving out of a place I was renting and really wanted to get my full deposit back of $2000. I heard about this company from a friend of mine that said they work miracles. They would make everything look brand new. They were not kidding. I was shocked and extremely impressed. Not only did I get my full deposit back but the owners of the property requested information for them as they have multiple properties that could use a detail cleaning. Worth every penny as I could not be more pleased.

They did an awesome job on a move out cleaning for my Clients. It was a pretty dirty house and they really worked hard to make it spotless for a good price!

I was out of the area and needed my property I was about to sell move in ready. From the first phone call to ACCS I was impressed. The service was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done precisely on time and thoroughly. Its not often you come across a company that follows through while performing excellent work, especially without being there in person to oversee the work. I was so happy I found ACCS and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Pamela is a real pro when it comes to move-out cleaning. She came on-time, was up front with pricing, and made sure the job was done right. We couldn't be happier with the results and the job was so well done that we had second-thoughts about moving out, lol. This was the one part of the moving process that was pain free and easy. If you are in the middle of a move, do yourself a favor and ask for Pamela and then go worry about something else.

I am a first time customer for Absolutely Clean Cleaning Services and I am happy to say that I am a raving fan for life.
Pam was absolutely flexible with me as I was really a last minute cleaning for moving out of the home I was renting. I called about two weeks ago knowing that due to procrastination I was cutting it really close.
Pam somehow fit me in to her schedule and on a Saturday transformed the house I had rented for over 8 years. Though I am somewhat of clean freak, Pam and her crew put me to shame. Their attention to detail was phenomenal.
First stop the kitchen. Without hesitation they pulled the range out from its slot and I was embarrassed at the mess they found. Actually they found stuff from the prior occupant as I did not recognize some of the items. They came in at 10:30 am and worked till 6:30 pm in this 1,500 SqFt house ( three bedrooms , two baths).
When I returned to the house it was immaculate, no kidding. Like I said I am a clean freak and I was thoroughly impressed.

So not only is Pam and her crew more clean freaks that I but near and dear to my heart, Pam is an excellent communicator. Flawless followup and follow thorough. She updated me constantly right up-to cleaning day. On cleaning day we did a walk through and she priced the work, which was priced fairly. She communicated 10 minutes before they were do which allowed me to relay for the day and not worry. We performed to "after" walk-through and I'm sure she noted my speechlessness. Typically I am very articulate but all I could muster was audible wow's. To say that I highly recommend Pam and her crew would be selling her short. Think of her service as investment to getting most or all of your security deposit back from your landlord. In financial terms, the ROI on hiring Pam is incredible. To landlords, I say this, hire Pam and you will have the on boarding satisfaction of new tenant like never before meaning very happy tenants new tenants.

Today her and and her crew showed on time,worked for about 6 hours cleaning my house in preparation for sale. I was amazed how clean my house could be after all of their work! We had to obtain the services of a move-out company for cleaning our home in Oakdale. My realtor gave me the name of Pamela of Absolutely Clean Cleaning Services. I tell you, If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would happily do that! She deserves more than 10 for sure!

Pamela responded immediately to me and agreed to meet me at the house. She literally went through each and every room in the house slowly and patiently with me. She probably spent an hour with me going over everything. They clean from top to bottom in every room. I was amazed at all the things they do.

After they are done, she calls to tell you where your problem areas are and what to do. Most of all, they are so professional and sticklers for cleanliness. I am an out of town landlord, so it was very important to me to find someone honest and reliable. Absolutely Clean fit the bill perfectly.

I just cannot say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them for any move-out cleaning you may have.

Had this company come out while I was pregnant to do a house cleaning and they did a great job. Just had them come out for a tile cleaning and they did amazing my floors look and feel brand new. I would definitely recommend.

I used ACCS for "house sitting" while my house was on the market to sell and vacant. ACCS had someone stay at the house from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am every night. Pamela was great - kept in contact with me frequently and was EXTREMELY flexible with adding dates when our house did not close on schedule. Her services kept our house safe and free from break-ins and kids looking to have a party in a vacant house. I thoroughly recommend Pamela/ACCS for house sitting. Rates were reasonable and well worth the the services provided.
